We collect information you provide directly to us: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of messages you send to our services. We also collect message delivery metadata generated when you
interact with our SMS service.

## How We Use Information

We use this information solely to operate our services – responding to your requests and commands, and sending service notifications such as expense-confirmation digests. We do not use your information for
advertising.

## SMS / Text Messaging

Our SMS service is available only to CasaCode members who have opted in. By opting in, you agree to receive automated replies to your commands and periodic service notifications.

No mobile information sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency: typically 1-5 messages per day per recipient. Frequency varies with usage.

## Data Retention and Security

We retain service data only as long as needed to operate the service, and we restrict access to authorized personnel.
