## The Service

The CasaCode assistant service is an internal SMS-based tool that responds to member commands (such as managing a shared list or schedule) and sends periodic service notifications (such as
expense-confirmation digests).

## Eligibility and Opt-In

The service is available only to CasaCode members. Members opt in by verbal request to the account owner, who adds their phone number to the service’s allowlist. Numbers not on the allowlist cannot receive
messages from or interact with the service.

## Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive automated replies to your commands and periodic service notifications, typically 1-5 messages per day per recipient. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not
liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Opting Out and Support

Text STOP at any time to stop receiving all messages; you may be re-added later on request. Text HELP for a command reference, or contact tickets@casacode.com for support.

## Acceptable Use

The service is provided for internal CasaCode use only and may not be resold or used to send unsolicited messages.

## Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
